Please check that the "Enable spell checker when editing proposals" checkbox is checked under My account / Proposals.
It uses the browser's built-in spellchecker so you need to make sure it's enabled in your browser as well.
To display spell check suggestions you need to use Ctrl + right click on Windows or Cmd + right click on Macs.
